Our whole experience from beginning to end has actually been a joy! How often can you say that? We needed a new garage door and needed one before June. All the other companies said it was impossible. This company said let's see what we can do. Their customer service has been amazing! From Monica who scheduled us, to Jeff who came out to the house to do our free estimate to Nathan C. who did such a professional and excellent job with the installation of the new door. Thank you to everyone for making this happen for us and for a job well done!

Karl S. was the technician that came out to fix our garage door. He was awesome! I knew it was the spring that broke through talk with my auto door company and he was sure to check and fixed it right away. I was curious and asked questions throughout and he was able to explain anything I asked. He also came as soon as I called! What an amazing company!

Nathan (the tech), was quite prompt as he arrived at the start of the given time frame. He was extremely polite and courteous. Before I knew it I heard my garage door open and close as he was making the last adjustments on the door. The cost was well to my liking and blew the competition out of the water. Nathan also discussed an remote door opener, but only after I had asked him. My experience was outstanding and I highly recommend them.

Nate arrived about 9:30 and went straight to work. Very pleasant, asked if we had any questions. When he was finished he helped set up the new garage door opener and left the area very clean. Great job definitely would recommend. Very Professional

I bought a new garage door from Automatic Garage Door Company, to replace the cheap contractors door that was originally installed on the house, 20 years ago. Automatic Garage Door Company ordered the door for me and notified me when it arrived from the factory. Their service installer, Nathan, showed up, on time, on the day scheduled. He worked on the project, outside, in cold weather. He did a great job. The door looks great, it works well and is quieter than the old door. It is thicker and better insulated than the old door. I am very happy with the door, the installation and the work that Nathan did. He also found a problem with the support brackets of the original installation and repaired that while he installed the new door. Since he was working right through lunch, we gave him two sandwiches and a cup of coffee. He was very grateful for that. Good work! Well worth it and thank you.

I received a choice of appointments and took the first available, which was only a few days to wait. Nathan arrived and was very polite and patient to answer questions. Then he set about his work and replaced our garage door opener in no time. We were quickly instructed in its use and given all supporting documents. It is so much quieter than what we had, and we love it. The price was very reasonable and proved to be money well spent. Highly recommended.

Great and Fast service

Called about a door struggling to get open. Within 2 days they made it out and were able to get the door working properly. Also had them look at a hinge on another door which they were able to replace and get the panels aligned properly.
Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Automatic Garage Door Company. I’ve used them on three separate occasions and they’ve also always been on time, very polite and professional, and done great work. Today was no exception and they fit me in even though they had a full schedule already on the books after my garage door spring broke. RJ was the technician today and did a great job, he was very personable and polite, fast and efficient.
