I have used Automatic Garage Door Company since 2008. An absolutely fantastic company. I had an emergency when I couldn't get out of my garage and they came that same day. I've sent them all over the Cleveland area and everybody loved them. Jeff and Karl are very friendly and helpful.

I was having multiple issues with an opener installed in 2007. When I contacted them online I was amazed to get an appointment in a couple of days! The website really is quick and easy to use. My appointment was confirmed by email and when Karl was on his way they sent a picture of him. Karl really is a miracle worker...In 30 minutes everything was fixed, and the door so quite that I could barely hear it. I really can't say enough good things about this company and Karl!

Automatic Garage Door came out on one of the coldest days to fix the springs on our garage door. I was so completely surprised and happy that they were willing to do the work on such a frigid day. Thank you Automatic Garage Door!

The best--absolutely the best! Quick, good and very well priced service. Everyone from the lady who answered the phone to Karl, their 30 year service tech, greets you with a smile if over the phone or in person if Karl is the tech. Karl has helped us three times and he's like family now--we have 8 doors and look forward to using Automatic Garage Door Company for all of our needs.
